1. Customized Printing Orders
- All printing work is customized as per the customer’s design and requirements.
- Once the order is confirmed and printing has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Returns & Replacements
You may request a reprint or replacement if there is a genuine issue such as:
- Incorrect printing that does not match the approved design or proof provided.
- Defects in quality, finishing, or material that are clearly due to our printing process.
3. Color and Design Variations
- Please note that slight variations in colors, shades, or finishing may occur between digital proofs and printed materials.
- Such variations are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must carefully check and approve the final proof/design before printing starts.
- BG Printers is not responsible for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, low-resolution images, or incorrect content provided by the customer.
5. Reporting an Issue
- If you find any defects or issues in your printed order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Returns or complaints made after this period may not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where printing cannot be completed or corrected due to a mistake from our side.
- In most cases, issues will be resolved by reprinting the affected order rather than issuing a cash refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once printed:
- Flex Banner, Bill Book, Business cards, flyers, brochures, invitations, or any personalized printed items.
- Special custom-made materials ordered upon specific request.
